How to use
1. Solubility concentration
The standard dissolution concentration should be set at 0.1% for anionic and nonionic systems and 0.2% for cationic systems.
2. Dissolution time
Dissolution time depends on the type of polymer flocculant, dissolved water quality, water temperature, and agitation efficiency, but usually about 1 hour of agitation is required.
3. Dissolution method without dispersion/dissolution machine
●Fill the dissolution tank about half full of water.
●Stirring with the agitator, drop the measured flocculant gently and quickly onto the edge of the water whirlpool.
●Adjust to the specified concentration by adding water up to the specified level.
●Continue stirring until the polymer flocculant is dissolved.
Handling precautions
1. Safety during operations (wearing protective goggles and gloves is recommended)
Dust may be generated when handling powdered products.
Protective goggles, work gloves and dust masks, etc. are recommended.
2. Product storage safety (product life)
Store product indoors in a well ventilated area.
3. Corrosiveness (product and dissolving solution)
Since cationic products are highly corrosive due to the acidic pH of the dissolver solution, please use plastics such as rigid vinyl chloride resin and FRP, and stainless steel materials that do not generate iron rust.
